Say hi to
Willow
Who is Willow? she is our family dog, to be honest, Willow is our second family pet after Molly, who we sadly lost in October24'. Willow came home to live with us a couple months later in December 24 (earlier than planned, but the house was just too sad with out Molly around) and she is the friendliest little thing you will meet, But she is a Lhasa Apso, and while they are small, she has the boldness*
of a lion, loving her family, protecting her territory and never afraid to step out.
*Tolmao, is the Greek word for bold, which means "to be courageous, daring, dauntless"
it speaks of acting without fear of the consequence

Friendly
One day, Susan was opening at our local church, and she was talking about being welcoming, during her opening talk she used Willow as an example and she said "when a visitor came to the house, no matter who you were or even if you had been here before or not, Willow was excited to see you" in fact all her clients insisted in meeting Willow before heading for their treatments! and her point was, "we all need to Be More Willow.. welcoming, encouraging and inspiring each other.

We are delighted you are here and hope to meet you in the near future.

Fearless
Yup she is cute, and has us all round her little finger (or paws) but she is Fearless, Lhasa's are small but they have the heart of a lion, with courage way beyond their size.
I heard recently that when we fail to succeed its often because we see the opportunity to be bigger than us, but we can change our thinking, and rather than saying to ourselves "How can I do this" to start believing the "We can do this" all we are asked to do is take step 1, then together we will figure out step 2.
In our attitudes, we need to

Adventurious
I once heard a speaker talking about fear and specifically fear of failure. Willow is afraid but tries, she tackles the stairs.. it took a while to get up and much longer, weeks to master (with a few failures) getting back down, but she tried, and eventually, a little bruised, a little battered she conquered them. Fear of failure is false truth we tell ourselves! You may be anxious about failing, but not afraid, why?
Because fear is based on clear & present danger, like discovering a wild animal in your house, or in my case bungee jumping! But fear of failure is based on an imagined danger its not yet happened and most likely wont - especially if you have realistic short term goals .
So be brave, Be More Willow and climb these steps

This page is dedicated to Molly..
